1. Purchase information

When you make a purchase from alibobo, we collect your name, shipping address, telephone or mobile phone number for receiving items, consignee’s email address (optional), payment method and bank card information. When you create a alibobo account, you can choose to save your billing information in “My alibobo”. You can also save one or more shipping addresses in your alibobo Address Book. We will retain your payment, transaction, consumption and turnover records to provide you with order query, consulting and after-sales services, among others.

2. Account information

To enable us to provide all alibobo services for you, you need to provide us with your email address to create a buyer account at alibobo. You can also use your accounts with third-party platforms (such as Google and Facebook) to log in to alibobo. If you choose to log in with a third-party account, we will obtain from the third party information on the email address bound to your account.

3. Personal profile 

After creating a alibobo account, you can improve your profile page by providing your name, mobile phone number, fax number, gender, date of birth, country, interests, etc. You may also use your camera to take a picture or choose an image from your device to be your profile photo.

4. Communication Information

When you use alibobo’s communication feature to interact with sellers, we collect the text and images from your chat. This helps ensure communication during transactions and allows for easy access to past conversations if needed. Similarly, when you reach out to us for services such as after-sales, or dispute resolution, we keep a record of our communication. This helps us to quickly assist you and keep track of how issues were resolved.

5. alibobo Affiliate Program

You can choose to become a alibobo Affiliate and earn commission by promoting the products of the merchants on the platform. If you choose to do so, we will generate a alibobo Affiliate ID for you. You can further improve your personal information by filling in your nickname, gender, email address, self-introduction, contact information (such as WhatsApp account, Skype account and Line account), address, information on commercial promotion (such as promotion channels, number of followers, and links to social media), etc.

When you request a sample from a merchant, we need to collect information such as your name, telephone number, shipping address and country/city/identity or region, so that the merchant can send a sample to you.

We will collect your promotion records to provide you with query services.

6. Cookies and other computer information
