Corn oil is dark in color when unrefined. As it gets refined, it turns pale yellow in color. It has a nutty taste with a hint of corn as well. One can literally feel the taste of corn on the cob in the unrefined, cold pressed oil. However, refined and processed oils lose their aroma and much of the taste as well. Health Benefits 1.
