V·CART PIPING SYSTEMS has in House computer design and development using AutoCAD and Solidworks to develop and design new products. Primary products include ductile iron pipe fittings with diameter range from 20mm (0.78”) to 1000mm (40.0”), stainless steel and red copper piping fittings with diameter range from 10mm (0.78”) to 219mm (8.6”). The company holds certain patents for products designed and manufactured in our own facilities. Design and testing for ductile iron pipe fittings are in compliance with American Standard ANSI/AWWA and sa tisfy China National Standard GB5135.11. Test for fire protection systems is according to UL213 and satisfies the Sprinkler Systems Installation Standard NFPA13 of American National Fire Protection Standard. Metal and sealing materials are in compliance with American Standard ASTM. AQL test is in compliance with American Test Standard ANSI MIL-STD-105. Oil and natural gas piping fittings meet American Petroleum Association Standard API 5L.

V·CART PIPING SYSTEMS potable water systems meet American Standard ANSI/NSF 61. Imported resin powder is used as the inside plastic coating material which ensures the products meet China National Hygiene Standard GB/T17219. Copper fittings for potable water satisfy European Standard EN1057.
