Cylinder screen solid liquid separator is aimed at sewage,manure water,biogas liquid etc.It is aimed at low solid rate and high water content.The shell of the equipment is made of stainless steel,the cylinder screen mesh is made of nylon material with strong corrosion resistance.
The product has a large handling capacity,especially for small impurities.The screen size can be customized according to the customer’s processing materials,and the screen density can be adjusted to multi-stage filtration.
It is suitable for manure cleaning by rising, manure cleaning by water submerging,and sewage treatment,filtration of biogas slurry,etc.It has a wide range of use,high efficiency,good treatment effect,and solid removal rate of over 80%.

Working Function:
First,the pump upgrades the slurry into the solid-liquid separator.
Second,the conveying pipe to move the waste forward .The pressure will separate the solid and liquid. There is a mesh under the extrusion screw,from which the liquid will flow out.
Third,the solid will come out because of force of the extrusion. There is pump under the solid-liquid separator from which the final liquid will come out.
