LACTARMOR G 26/10 PA (Spray powder fatty food preparation)

 

This ingredient is generated by dehydrating a blend of milk components, strictly selected for their functional and organoleptic properties, and emulsified palm oil. The Process ensure the product's good dispersion and solubility.

 

The LACTARMOR G26/10 PA can partially or totally replace full-cream milk powder in food application. It helps increase the functional and organoleptic properties in the finished product while significantly reducing cost.

 

This product can be used in its powder or reconstituted form (reconstitution : 0.9 liter of water for 130g).

 

Fluid powder, white to yellow colour, typical dairy smell and taste.

 

Packaging:
- 25kg bag on 100x120cm (1000 kg/pallet)
- Big bag of 1000 kg on pallet (100/120cm)
