(1) Silicon mold preheating: heat the silicon mold to 60-70℃, low mold temperature will cause the solidification incompletely and the bad physical property. Mold temperature is directly correlated with the size precision of the part.
(2) Casting material debubbling: respectively debubble the A and B liquid material in the vacuum tank for over 30 minutes.
(3) Injection molding: place the A liquid container and B liquid container in the vacuum tank. Stir the B liquid to debubble it for 5-10 minutes, pour A liquid to B liquid and stir them , then inject the mixed A and B liquid to the silicon mold instantly. Resume atmosphere pressure of the vacuum tank within 1 minute from the beginning of the injection molding.
(4) Solidification: can release the mold after 30-60 minutes solidification in the 60-70 ℃ thermo tanks. If necessary, it can take the second solidification for 2-3 hours in the 70-80 ℃ thermo tanks.
