Guar Meal (Guar Korma and Guar Churi)

This is an important feed for cattle. It has high protein content with up to 55% protein in the digestible material. It is a last product in the processing of guar gum and is further toasted at high temperatures to remove an inhibitor and improve the nutritive value.

The guar split manufacturing process involves combination of the husk and the germ and these are the most important protein sources in the guar meal.
