Directions：
1. Use your hand to roll the pantihose and wear it from ankle. Slip it slowly from ankle and make sure in correct position of pantihose, and so does another one.
2. Use your finger to pull the pantihose around the shank and then pull up to the leg, and so does another leg.
3. After pulling the pantihose over you knee, you continue to pull it up to the crotch, and so does another leg.
4. Make sure the pantihose is perfect fit on legs and then use you hand to pull the pants equally to your waist.

Washing：
1. Please wash it by hand with the water which temperature is below 30℃. Prevent to wash it with other clothes.
