Brown PTFE Glass Cloth Tape

PTFE glass cloth tape is made from high performance fiberglass which is dipped into PTFE resin several times and then put the adhesive on the one side by special process.

1. Main characteristics of PTFE glass cloth tape:
1) It has very persistent adhesion and can adhere reliably in a temperature range of -70 to 260 Celsius degrees.
2) Easy to wash away the blot or other dust on the surface such as resin, coating material, etc
3) High chemical corrosion resistant: It could resist acid, alkali, and various kinds of organic liquid corrosion
4) Capability of medicament resistant and non-poison, almost to resist all kinds of medicament

3. Applications of PTFE glass cloth tape:
1) Heat sealing for food, medicines, and plastic bag
2) Coping with the adhesive of drying drum's surface of the drying machine, lining machine, and paper machine, the adhesive of the surface of running and compression roller,
3) Heat the plate, stripping the workpiece, filming all kinds of heat resistant rollers
4) Stickup of the gasket of the shooter, hopper, aircraft mould and etc.
5) Easy to use and install in the roller of cylinder machine. Directly stick to large-size flat surface and the regular curved surface. Avoid the inconvenience, technical and operational complexity, transportation problem for PTFE coating.
